Why understand the business process?

Then why should we understand this business process?

What I wrote is balancing demand and sharing, but what are the benefits of doing so?

There are three benefits to understanding the business process.

When communicating with such partners, one must not only understand logistics but also understand commercial circulation, which can promote communication between enterprises on the basis of adequate explanations.

2: Even the person in charge can understand the exchange of necessary information
